What it does

Video Reframe (9:16) takes a list of video clips and re-outputs each one at 1080 × 1920 (portrait / vertical) resolution. Since most source footage is horizontal (16:9, 4:3, or wider), fitting it into a vertical frame requires a choice: either letterbox (keep the whole frame visible with padding above and below) or crop (cut the sides off to fill the vertical frame). The tool offers four strategies to handle this trade-off cleanly — three static strategies and one AI-assisted one (Subject-Aware) that follows faces to keep the focal point centered.
