What it does
Image Blur applies a blur filter to an image, softening details based on blur strength/radius. Higher blur = softer, more blurred result. Lower blur = subtle smoothing. The entire image blurs uniformly. Use it for many purposes: create glow overlays, smooth skin tones, blur faces for privacy, simulate depth of field, create soft backgrounds, or add artistic blur effects.
